Ingredients

Slices of bread, toasted if desired

Rolled bacon

Smoked scamorza cheese

Peasant-Style Figs
Prepare the bruschetta by slicing the bread; toast to
taste.
Slice the smoked scamorza cheese and figs; spread the
bacon, scamorza cheese and finish with the figs on the bread. Accompany with a
good glass of red wine.
