Dressing per insalata a base di olio EVO - Valle del Crati

Preferring a vegetable-based diet is definitely the best choice for a healthy lifestyle. That's why today in our recipe book we offer a tasty yet healthy idea for dressing your mixed salads.

Three different salad dressings prepared with the main ingredient of the Mediterranean diet, extra virgin olive oil.

These dressings are also good for stuffing sandwiches and flatbreads, a healthier alternative for your recipes!

Preparing them is very easy, take note now.

LEMON DRESSING

- the juice of 1 lemon, preferably organic
- 1/2 cup EVO oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 clove of garlic (optional)
- black pepper to taste 

Mix all the ingredients well in a bowl, adding the garlic cut into cloves. Store in the fridge inside a sterilised - - glass jar or airtight container for a couple of days.



YOGHURT DRESSING

- 1/4 cup unsweetened white yoghurt
- 1 tablespoon EVO oil
- 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
- salt and black pepper to taste 

Store in the fridge for a couple of days. A little finely chopped chives can be added if desired.



HONEY DRESSING

- 3/4 cup EVO oil
- 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
- 1 tablespoon honey (acacia or millefiori)
- 1 tablespoon mustard
- salt and black pepper to taste 

Mix well and store in the fridge for a few days.
